Stages of work development

The companys management has striven to develop the companys existing departments and add new departments required by the market.

Electrical Department :

In late 2002, the trend began to expand the scope of work and move from working in the field of air conditioning only to implementing mechanical and electrical works for buildings as a whole. Accordingly, the management decided to establish an investment company specialized in electromechanical works. The company was founded at the beginning of 2003 under the name Rukn Fa'al Sanabel Electromechanical works, and the Company was actually established at the beginning of 2003 under the name of Rukn Sanabel Electromechannical contracting company.the first department created after air conditioning department was the electricity Department, in response to desires of our customers and to maintain their trust and satisfaction, in addition to reduceing the costs of some of the departments work. Air conditioning,which required some supporting electrical work, and the department was provided with the required cadres, engineers, technicians, and workers, and provided with the required devices and equipment.the department demonstrated its effectiveness with the first department demonstrated its effectiveness with the first department in attracting customers by providing air conditioning and electrical work together.

Mechanics Department :

1- Air Conditioning Department :

It is considered the true nucleus of the beginnings of the company. Work began in 1995 AD as a branch of Sanabel Trading and Contracting Corporation. Work was done to develop the department technically and pro the necessary personnel, including engineers, technicians, and workers. Diligent efforts have been made to provide it with the required cadres of engineers, technicians and workers, and to work diligently to provide the best services at the lowest costs. In order to reduce work costs, the first step was to establishing a workshop specialized in manufacturing air ducts,which showed positive results in reducing expenses after the manufacturing of air ducts was carried out in external factories. the department was also supported technically by developing the quality of devices used in the work, with the aim of reducing time and ensuring the quality of work.

2 - Plumbing Department :

The first project that included performing plumbing work was contracted in 2004. After the successful completion of the implementation of that project, praise be to God, more confident steps began to be taken to implement more contracts that include electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning work. In the beginning, reliance was placed on subcontractors, and in 2007 AD, preparing the required cadres for the department, including engineers and technicians, and operations that include plumbing work showed clear results in their impact on profit and reducing fixed costs.

3 - Fire and Alarm Networks Department :

As an inevitable completion of the entire electromechanical works system for buildings, and as a result of a deep study of the needs of the Saudi market, it was necessary to establish the Fire fightingand Alarm Networks Department.Like other departments, this department had a significant impact in raising profitability and saving fixed costs with the presence of technicians and qualified works for that.

Civil and Architectural Department :

In the context of our continuous endeavor to develop, the department was established on 10/1/2021 AD, and several vital projects in different fields were contracted within a short period, of time, and work on development is still continuing.

Maintenance and Operations Department :

Out of our Keenness to provide the best services to our customers after implementing projects, the Maintenance and Operations Department was established to complement the companys activities. the department was equipped with distinguished cadres in the field of maintenance, including isexperienced engineers and technicians, and provided with the latest equipment to achieve the best results and satisfy the companys customers.
